The cubs totally captivated me. Created simultaneously, I even began a third cub but somehow the third one seemed a little left out of the engaged intimacy these two share (isn’t that how it often is with three siblings?) I settled on two cubs and couldn’t split them up so the siblings must be adopted together, a set.

Each year I create one new woodland critter with the exception of these cubs, which happened at the same time as the singular rolly polly “Bear.” Little ambassadors of joy, the palm-size bronzes offer comfort and connection between me and you, heart and hand, nature and spirit.
